Well, things are rather slow around here these days, eh?
My father was ‘officially’ diagnosed with Vascular Dementia last week, and then had another major stroke afew days later. so its been a hectic week.
Anyway, i will be back on the blog in full force in a few weeks.
Well, after 5 years, I thought it was finally time to create a personal website. I’m sure most people were getting sick and tired of my picture splashed across a million different social networks.
A little something about me. My name is Chris Clayton (as you no doubt notice from the domain name). I also go by the nick name “Flaya”, dont ask. I have lived in Melbourne, Australia pretty much all my life.
In December 2004, I joined a Melbourne Radio station as an on-air presenter and producer. During that time, i had the privilege of interviewing and chatting with many major musicians. In 2006 I decided it was time for a change.
To cut a long story short, i have run and promoted over 500 clubs and events, created 12 niche websites, managed and marketed over 110 music artists and more.
Besides taking care of the day to day business, I can be seen eating chinese food in China town, sipping coffee in Burwood, working in his little office, out on the streets promoting or at a different clubs every night off the week!
